It is a chance for us to see the liveliness in a simple moment. The intimacy in the budding relationship. The beautiful opportunity to see the human experience: hope, fear, longing, sisterhood and brotherhood, love, happiness, and sadness. For us to remember who we were. To be reminded of who we want to be. To show us another way of living. To help us climb off of our highest mountains and out of our lowest valleys.

That you can print/hashtag/share/email/snail mail/yell your existence across the world to those you love or care for. To make your company pictures look like a lifestyle and not a clock-in. To make your engagement shoot the envy of your friends and the pride of your parents. To bring your simple portrait all of the adoration it deserves. My goal is to take photography that lives and breathes life into all who see it. Lofty goal for sure, but I like to dream. Never underestimate how much life breathes itself into the everyday things. A picture can show you just how alive you were when you were so busy living, you forgot you weren't trying...you were just being yourself.
